Introduction - Parfums de Plage
Parfums de Plage is a restaurant located on the Plage de la Baule beach facing the Pornichet marina. Facing due west with a large heated patio sheltered from the wind, Parfums de Plage offers spectacular sunsets that will delight your visual senses just like the cuisine will delight your taste buds.
Christophe Fresnais and the Chef Christophe Vasseur propose 		  gastronomic delights from the sea, enhanced by subtly mixed steamed, smoked and grilled cooking that brings out all of their delicate flavours. They take pride in preparing smoked scallops, herring style salmon and various daily suggestions that Alexandre will serve to you in an elegant dining room recently decorated in blue and chocolate tones.   Parfums de Plage is open all year round for the pleasure of gourmets who love the lights and the flavours of the sea.
